The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA) has honored Taylor Morrison as the 2024 Builder of the Year. The prestigious award was announced during the GAHBA’s Annual Installation and Awards Ceremony on January 23 at the Omni Hotel at The Battery. Attendees enjoyed a cocktail hour followed by the official swearing-in of the 2025 officers and board members and recognition of the 2024 award winners.

Commitment to Excellence and Industry Leadership

The Builder of the Year Award recognizes a builder member who exemplifies professional excellence and makes significant contributions to the association’s mission. Throughout 2024, Taylor Morrison played a vital role within the GAHBA, with company leaders actively serving on the GAHBA Board, HomeAid Georgia Board, and Workforce Development Committee. The company also secured seven new members during the Membership Drive and supported key initiatives such as the Boys & Girls Club workforce development program.

“We are passionate about giving back to the communities where we build, and receiving this award is a testament to the impact our team has made,” said Ronnie Cline, Division Vice President at Taylor Morrison. “This year, we look forward to making an even greater difference by leveraging our expertise as a homebuilder and providing vital support to those in need.”

Notable Contributors to Taylor Morrison’s Success

Several Taylor Morrison team members played a key role in the company’s involvement and leadership within the GAHBA:
