The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA) celebrated its annual Installation and Awards Ceremony on January 23rd at the prestigious Omni Hotel in the Battery. The evening commenced with a refined cocktail reception, followed by a distinguished ceremony honoring the GAHBA’s 2025 officers and board members with their official installation. We extend our warmest congratulations to the esteemed 2024 award recipients and newly installed leaders and express our sincere gratitude for their unwavering dedication and service to the GAHBA.
Each year, the HBA recognizes an associate member for service to the industry, the Greater Atlanta HBA, professional excellence, and community involvement. The 2024 recipient, Brad Ethridge, exemplifies unwavering commitment to the association. Ethridge has consistently attended events, including Membership Drives, Board Meetings and Golf Tournaments. In 2024, he recruited three new members, placing him among the top five recruiters among associates.
Under Ethridge’s leadership, Parksite DuPont Tyvek increased its involvement, becoming a corporate sponsor and supporting HBA advocacy initiatives at the state and national levels. Brad also served as a judge for SkillsUSA, graduated from the Young Professionals Group (YPG) Emerging Leaders Program, and helped organize the most significant Career Day in HBA history. His active contributions to the Workforce Development Committee further demonstrate his dedication. For his exceptional efforts, leadership and involvement, Brad Ethridge is the 2024 Associate of the Year.
