TIC Starts Development at Christ School Townhomes in Asheville

Rêve Development leads horizontal construction for 84 future Lennar-built townhomes in Asheville. Trilogy Investment Co. (TIC), a leading real estate investment and development firm specializing in build-to-rent (BTR), for-sale housing and lot development, has commenced land development at Christ School Townhomes, a new residential project in Arden, North Carolina, a suburb of Asheville. Spearheaded by Rêve Development—TIC’s dedicated land development arm—the project includes horizontal development for 84 townhomes. This 8-acre project marks a significant milestone in the TIC’s strategic growth across Western North Carolina.

The project positions TIC at the forefront of community revitalization in the region. Upon completion of lot development, national homebuilder Lennar will acquire the finished lots and begin vertical construction of for-sale townhomes—its second community in the Asheville market.

The Christ School project also aligns with broader economic momentum in the area. Among other notable developments, BorgWarner recently announced a $62.25 million investment in its Arden operations, bringing new technology and equipment to the campus and creating more than 600 jobs.

Located near Highway 25, just three miles from Asheville Regional Airport, Christ School Townhomes offers residents convenient access to top shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations, including Target, Lowe’s, Olive Garden, and Hobby Lobby at Southridge Shopping Center. The nearby Biltmore Park Town Square also features more than 76 shops and restaurants for residents to enjoy.

The first move-ins are projected for early Q1 2027, following the completion of horizontal development by TIC and vertical home construction by Lennar.
