Forest Park: The Pothole Ranger Brigade
In response to residents’ feedback and the need for increased roadway maintenance, the Forest Park Public Works Department has launched a Pothole Ranger Brigade.
The new tactical unit, made up of specially trained employees from the Public Works Department and other regional transportation agencies, will focus solely on identifying and filling potholes on city streets through two main phases. Equipped with advanced patching equipment and operating in high-mobility units, city personnel plan to respond quickly to reported issues and proactively survey neighborhoods for road damage.
The Pothole Ranger Brigade will begin operations immediately, starting with high-traffic corridors and transitioning into residential zones over the coming weeks. Public notices will be issued by the city in the event of major traffic delays due to planned road work.
Residents are encourage to continue reporting potholes by downloading the city’s ONEClick mobile app, which can be downloaded in the Apple and Google Play app stores. Individuals who do not own a smartphone or tablet can also visit the online ONEClick Request Portal to create an account and submit requests for service or contact Public Works at (404) 366-4720.
