LITHONIA, GA—The DeKalb County Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with fatality at a residence on Rock Springs Road.
Police said the incident occurred on May 16 at 5410 Rock Springs Road. The male pictured entered the home around 7:15 p.m. armed with an assault rifle.
Surveillance video shows this male and another suspect exit the house several times and place property into a silver SUV. They left the scene and, a few minutes later, the home’s resident went outside with a gunshot wound to his back. He collapsed and died on the scene, police said. DKPD is asking for the public’s help identifying this male.
These pictures were taken at a Walmart. Anyone with information is asked to call DKPD at 770-724-7850. People can also send an anonymous tip to DeKalb County Police through the free Tip411 app or by texting “DKPD” to 847411, followed by the tip.
