Trilogy Investment Co. (TIC), a leading real estate investment and development firm specializing in build-to-rent (BTR), for-sale housing and lot development, announces Harrison Bell as its new Director for Investments and Structured Credit.
Bell previously served as a Senior Associate for the investments team, ensuring successful land acquisition and underwriting potential projects. He was also an asset in pipeline management and market research. In his new role, Bell will take on a multifaceted role focused on strategic investments, deal structuring and managing credit-related initiatives.
“I’m excited to accept a new role with a company that has already poured so much into my career,” said Bell. “I will be able to pivot my focus toward investments and dive right into Trilogy’s credit programs.”
“From day one, Harrison has put his all into acquiring projects and consistently stays on top of new trends in the housing market,” said Austin Lee, Vice President, Investments. “His passion will suit him well as he expands his repertoire to manage parts of our investment division.”
Before joining Trilogy Investment Co., Bell worked for Landmark Properties as a Development Analyst, specifically in its Build-to-Rent division. As a skilled underwriter and analyst, he secured many development opportunities for the company and managed the due diligence process for new developments.
Bell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business.
