Wildwood Place boasts a total of 65 two- and three-story townhomes, each with three to four bedrooms and up to three-and-a-half bathrooms. Open interiors await, featuring stylish kitchens, versatile lofts, finished terrace levels and impressive owner’s suites. Homebuyers choose from four available floor plans, each utilizing approximately 1,800 square feet of living space. Its prime location near downtown Powder Springs puts Wildwood Place residents near tons of outdoor recreation opportunities, including Powder Springs Park, Thurman Springs Park and the Silver Comet Trail. The downtown area’s entertainment district also features an Amphitheatre, events and festivals, and plenty of opportunities for shopping and dining. Plus, downtown Atlanta, West Midtown, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and other popular entertainment areas are easily accessible thanks to nearby major highways, including I-20 and I-285.

Nearby in Mableton, just one-half mile from the Silver Comet Trail, Wilkins Walk attracts homebuyers with 76 two- and three-story townhomes. The three available floor plans feature three to four bedrooms and up to three-and-a-half bathrooms in approximately 1,800 square feet. Notable features found within these homes include open-concept interiors, upstairs laundry rooms and spacious owner’s suites with luxury bathroom appointments and walk-in closets. The kitchens are a culinary dream, complete with stainless-steel appliances, huge islands, tile backsplashes and quartz or granite countertops. Optional features like a covered deck are also available.
