Jim Chapman Construction Group (JCCG), a leading Build-to-Rent (BTR) general contracting firm, is celebrating its 20204 BTR success and expansion while gearing up for an even stronger 2025. Several of these represent new or expanded markets, reinforcing JCCG’s commitment to meeting client needs in high-demand locations.

Driven by Investor Demand

JCCG’s expansion is fueled by the growing portfolios of its investor clients, who trust the company to build their BTR communities in new markets. For example, a regional commercial developer with several projects under contract in Indianapolis prompted JCCG to obtain licensing in Indiana, launching the company’s presence there. Similarly, increased investor demand has led to expanded operations in South Carolina and Tennessee.

Additionally, Florida and North Carolina remain key growth areas for JCCG, with long-standing clients requesting the company’s expertise in executing BTR projects across these states.
