Congratulations to Anthony Brown, the recipient of the Online Specialist of the Year award at the 45th Annual OBIE Awards! The OBIE Awards are presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) on behalf of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA) and celebrate excellence and innovation across Atlanta’s homebuilding industry. Brown joined the DRB Homes Online Sales Counselor (OSC) team at a pivotal time and immediately added value as the Atlanta division rebuilt and handled staffing shortages. He manages the company’s largest division with 30+ active communities across two states and regularly supports other markets when staffing is low.
Recognizing the need for clearer data and performance insights, Brown developed customized graphs and reporting tools that strengthened marketing visibility and improved lead-conversion tracking. His initiative and positive energy helped transform the Atlanta division from underperforming to exceeding goals, contributing to the team’s growth to three OSCs and pushing results into the green with 42% leads-to-kept appointments and 45% of division sales starting from his appointments. Now promoted to Online Sales Coordinator, Brown continues to elevate performance and impact across the organization.
