New phase with 41 homes, new amenity complex to open in 2026

Artisan Built Communities is excited to announce new home opportunities coming soon to Seven Hills, one of metro Atlanta’s premier master-planned communities. The first homes, including a brand-new model park, are expected to begin construction this spring.

The first new phase, Landin at Seven Hills, features 41 thoughtfully planned homesites in a highly desirable setting within the community. Designed with modern farmhouse exteriors and spacious, flexible layouts, Landin will feature six single-family floor plans ranging from approximately 2,500 to 3,000 square feet. Homes offer up to six bedrooms, optional third-story retreats on select plans and basements on select homesites.

“Seven Hills continues to set the standard for master-planned living in north Georgia,” said Stephen Haines, president of Artisan Built Communities. “With Landin, we are introducing distinctive home designs in a walkable setting near exciting new amenities. We look forward to welcoming buyers to this next chapter.”

Landin at Seven Hills sits adjacent to the community’s newest amenity complex, currently under construction. This addition will include a swimming pool, pickleball courts, tennis courts and bocce ball, further enhancing the active lifestyle residents enjoy. Homeowners will also have access to Seven Hills’ original amenity complex, including its popular waterpark.
