The project has achieved several key milestones since breaking ground on February 1, 2024, including starting vertical construction in August 2024.
The clubhouse and model homes are now complete, offering future residents a firsthand look at the lifestyle this modern rental community provides. Twenty-six homes have received Certificates of Occupancy and been turned over to the investor, with a handful of leases already signed as leasing activity gains traction.
