Cardinal East Village Now Leasing and Model Home Opening

Cardinal East Village, a new construction townhome community in Roswell, is excited to announce the opening of its model home for tours. Developed by Milepost Development and Batson-Cook Development Co. and designed and built by Harrison Homes, this thoughtfully designed community of 74 townhomes offers renters an exceptional blend of quality, style, and modern living.

Construction, led by general contractor Harrison Homes, is progressing steadily, with five of the 16 buildings now complete. The project is expected to wrap up in the second quarter of 2025, with 23% of the community already leased.
