Uptown Rowe townhome community marks the second Alpharetta project by TIC

Trilogy Investment Co. (TIC), a leading real estate investment and development firm specializing in build-to-rent (BTR), for-sale and lot development, proudly announces the closing of its latest project, Uptown Rowe. Located in the heart of downtown Alpharetta, the land for this exclusive community of 16 luxury for-sale townhomes was purchased from Blue River Development. The homes will be built by Rêve Homes, TIC’s newly acquired homebuilding company, further strengthening the firm’s position in the dynamic residential market.

Uptown Rowe marks the second project sponsored by TIC in Alpharetta, underscoring the company’s strategic focus on developing premier residential properties in one of metro Atlanta’s most sought-after locations. Land development is slated to begin in February 2025, with home construction to follow. The first residents are expected to move in by Q4 2026.

Situated on 2.22 acres, Uptown Rowe will offer homeowners a prime walkable location near downtown Alpharetta, with seamless access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The townhomes are designed with sophisticated architecture and high-end finishes catering to buyers seeking an upscale urban lifestyle in a vibrant suburban setting.

“We are excited to expand our footprint in Alpharetta with Uptown Rowe and introduce an exclusive luxury townhome offering in one of the region’s most desirable locations,” said TIC CEO and Managing Partner Jason Joseph.  “This project reflects our commitment to a thoughtful, high-quality development that enhances the surrounding community while delivering exceptional value to future homeowners.”

Recognized as a leader in building residential communities, TIC is best known for its innovative approach, commitment to quality communities, strategic investments and community engagement.
